Meridian Office Systems, Inc. began 14 years ago exclusively as a service company in Great Dallas area, providing repair on most brands of copiers, fax machines, printers, etc. Today Meridian uses a factory-trained force of talented service professionals to service our customers' office machines. Users of Xerox, Konica Minolta, Muratec, and Okidataa copiers, printers, and fax machines have found our service to be excellent.

We offer special flat rate $89 per hour (B/W machine) or $129 per hour (color equipment) for new customer's first time service call, please remember to mention this discount when you request the service call

We stand by our equipment. Meridian 5-Year Equipment Guarantee on copiers and fax machines is unique to the industry.
Same day/next day response time. Service calls placed in the morning are responded to on the same day. (Certain area restrictions apply)
On most service calls, our technician can fix the problem on the spot. In the rare case that the problem cannot be fixed in a reasonable timeframe, we offer a loaner machine through our maintenance plans.
We offer shop repair at lower rates for those customers who wish to determine if their old machines are worth fixing, and they can find out for only a very small diagnostic fee.
We offer on-site inspections at no charge for new customers who wish to purchase a maintenance contract.
We service most brands of equipment including Xerox, Konica Minolta, Muratec, Okidata, Hewlett Packard, Hitachi, Canon, Panasonic, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba, Kyocera Mita, Savin, Gestetner, and Imagistics. Many of our customers prefer to have a single vendor servicing all of their office equipment.
