The new F-560 from Muratec provides a large, back-lit touchscreen to easily and accurately steer documents through a wilderness of corporate networks, e-mail servers and digital communication lines. No matter the destination – e-mail inboxes, FTP sites, fax terminals or network folders – this Network Gateway Platform (NGP)-enabled multifunctional consistently delivers. It even has a few directory assistance keys – just in case.

But the F-560 has more going for it than just the touchscreen.

The 80-sheet automatic document feeder is one of the largest in this segment.

The digital document delivery system allows you to transform legacy hardcopy documents into electronic PDF, TIFF or JPEG files and deliver them to network folders, FTP sites, Internet fax terminals or e-mail addresses. All of these functions can be performed at the touch of a button when destinations have been programmed in advance.

The network scanning application is particularly unique as it allows you to search your network file structure as you would on your PC. If you can save a document to your desktop then you can network scan!

In addition to these powerful document distribution solutions the F-560 also comes standard with GDI-based network printing capabilities (up to 50 users), DHCP compliance for quick and easy network installation, convenience copying features (such as digital zoom and image combination) and local printing and scanning via the USB port – for all you non-networked users out there.

At 20 pages-per-minute the print engine is one of the fastest in its class and features a redesigned engine that increases output clarity while reducing jamming and misfeeds. The machine even features standard duplex printing to allow two-sided production of copy, print of fax jobs.
